The promise of a wonderful collection of high-quality blood

Horse's name: Kasanova’s Lady Dutch ES
Gender: Mare
Date of birth: 10 May 2021
Sire: Kasanova de la Pomme
Dam: Carinca van ‘t Verahof
Dam's sire: Nabab de Reve

Kasanova’s Lady Dutch ES is a horse you really want in your stables. Even as a foal, inquisitive, with a friendly nature and quick to understand what you want her to do. She was a convincing champion among the fillies at the National Foal Inspections for Eventing in Renswoude. This Kasanova de la Pomme x Nabab de Reve foal from the Dutch Eventing Stables showed a lot of elevation in the trot and a fine gallop. Jury members were unanimous in their praise of this champion: 'This Kasanova's Lady also has really correct leg work, a clear gaze and switches very easily too.'

Dam, Carinca van ‘t Verahof, is one of the offspring of that fantastic line based on the world-famous Southern Queen, dam of countless international sporting horses such as Fletcha and  Leipheimer van ‘t Verahof. And Carinca herself produces high-quality sporting horses: of her first five offspring, four are already competing internationally in showjumping! So many high-quality sporting horses come from this line that the chance of success is very good. The combination of wonderful blood means that Kasanova’s Lady Dutch ES is 70% thoroughbred, which bodes extremely well for both showjumping and eventing in the future! Really promising for sport and breeding!

Nabab de Reve, a great name in this foal's pedigree, really requires little explanation. Son of Quidam de Revel out of a French dam's line, ambassador of the BWP, 1.60m successfully ridden by Philippe Lejeune and a phenomenon to have anchored in the dam's line.
