Champions for sale in the ET Auction Dutch Eventing Edition 

From 1 October, the collection of young eventing horses will be online: young competition horses, foals and even an embryo. The collection of 25 will be offered by Belgian auction house ET Auction. Initiator René van der Leest: "I'm proud of the quality now becoming available. This is, more than ever, a unique collection of eventing horses!"
 
The Dutch and Belgian foal champions are on auction, by Contendro I, from the Verahof family, by thoroughbred Gemini: the cream of the crop is now for sale. The 15 foals on auction have an eventing lineage with internationally influential sire and dam names. In particular, stallions such as Contendro I, Gemini XX, and H-Ekwador can be relied upon to produce offspring that will make names for themselves in eventing; especially if the dam's lines contain famous names in that sport. There is ample thoroughbred input from renowned lines such as Ten Hunsel and Verahof. The embryo from breeding by thoroughbred and eventing expert Jan Greve is closely related to Ceketinka, winner at Boekelo 2017.
 
The young horses aged between three and five years hold extra promise for the future. We're seeing the cream of the crop of the world rankings in the lineage; horses that have already been through a good training process in the Dutch Eventing Young Horse Trials and have received wonderful assessments from the jury members. For a number of the horses, certificates are now being set up because the young professional riders training them see so much potential. Here too, we see proven eventing blood, excellent references from riders and performances in the competitions.
